About Me

Trent Humphreys: I am currently the Personal Training Director for Omni Fitness in Greenwood, SC. Former head trainer and owner for THE FARM (Functional Athletic Reform Movement) and Fitness Director for the city of Brevard. I have more than 20 years expereience in the industry as a health club manager, district manager, and personal trainer. I believe all of us are athletes. The difference is that some of us train, and some do not. We are here to challenge the mind and body while pursuing our true potential TOGETHER as a supportive and motivating family. Our number one goal is to eliminate the dreaded future question of "what might have been". Regret has no place here!
