I had a conversation with a member today that had a marathon race shirt on from 2010. These were the best fitness years of my life as well. We dug in, and confirmed the fact that we can't discuss the past. What are we doing NOW?
Guess what? You have a choice to write your current and future story. It requires you to not compare yourself to your past self or anyone else. Its time to write YOUR story NOW.
It only requires a little discipline to pick up a pen and the courage to know you are worth the story you "want" to write.
Its time to fill some pages that equate to the end meant for you.
