Embrace

 

There are a few times in my life, I simply had to reach out.  You would be surprised by the energy that is there when you do.  I am one of those individuals that try to handle and do life by myself.  "I've got this"....... Until you don't.

I have come to the conclusion that God is EVERYwhere.  Not an entity up above, but a part of everything around/in you.  Reach out and take the love that is around/within you.  We are all in this together and a part of the other.   Breathe your own energy and the energy there to give you strength.

Hired a new trainer a week ago.  I did a scan on him.  He didn't like the results.  He made changes, but reached out to learn more and grab a little energy.  It requires us to be humble and embrace to truly change while making choices to produce.

Another member going through chemo and I have a bond.  He is the most positive and proactive individual I've met in a bit.  What keeps him going and positive?  Energy.  Get it where you can.  Give it when you can.
