 I have often been torn between being a big fish in a small pond or jumping in the bigger one.  I've done both.  The conclusion I have come up with is very similar to a potted plant in too small of a pot.  Without room to grow, you will suffocate.  The roots have no way to expand.

Roots are important.  The pond you are in is important.  What can lead you to growth?  Sometimes, you just have to jump.....
