I had dinner with my parents last night. A story that I know well was shared. My Granddad had an Irish Setter named Trotter. Trotter was hit by a car and appeared dead. Grandaddy dug a hole, dropped Trotter in, threw a shovel of dirt on him, and....... Trotter opened his eyes. He wasn't dead. He lived for several more years after the incident.
There are many times in life you may feel as if you have been hit by a car, and succomb to "death". You're not dead. Not yet. The term "Dead Ringer" came from this. They used to rig up a line at certain grave sites with a bell attached to the top. A grave yard attendent would be ready to hear a ringing bell. The person wasn't dead. He would scramble to start digging to save the living.
You aren't dead. No matter what, ring the bell. Get out of the hole and start living with new perspective and purpose. Time to call some grave diggers. I know one that was written off, and rose 3 days later. He promised that we can do more than he was able to pull off. Its in you. He that began a good work in you will see it to fruition. Hang in there. Climb out of that hole. Shake the dirt off and LIVE.
Love you all.
